Training in Fort McMurray

This group of support workers work with clients who have complex needs. They are supervised by Etta Nicholson, the program manager in Fort McMurray.

On October 18th and 19th I facilitated NVCI training for the group of employees in Fort McMurray, Alberta. They were a great group, and lots of fun too! It is always fun to role play and practice deescalation with coworkers…causing laughter with learning.

The Non violent Crisis Invention program is a passion of mine. What could be the downside of sharing learning and getting to know fellow WJS staff! And I get to see other programs and their amazing work too.
