Thank you to the 2018 Milestones Team
It’s one of the highlights of the WJS calendar – the annual Milestones celebration. This year, we celebrated the commitment of 85 staff members at two events held in Edmonton and Maple Ridge. Recognizing this amount of people takes a tremendous amount of work. On behalf of everyone at WJS Canada, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the people who made it happen: Janet Beck, Shannon Blyth, Karina Botelho, Chantel Carmichael, Barry Foo, Theresa Gebrail, Roya Hajizadeh, Sonya Schlamp and Dawn Yuen.
Special thanks to Caroline Bonesky who MC’d both events and to Dawn Yuen, who read Lyn Policha’s sister’s speech when she was unable to attend the Maple Ridge event.
