Policy Review and Update
The WJS Policies and Procedures Administration and Human Resources (PPAHR) is undergoing a major review and update and we need your help to ensure it remains a dynamic and up to date document.
We are taking a close second look to see if there are policies that:
• are outdated and may now conflict with regional laws and standards;
• need clarification or conflict with another policy;
• simply don’t work for you or your program.
We’d also like to know if you see a need for policy that may not exist.
Our goal is to ensure that each employee can interpret these policies and procedures reasonably and intelligently, with consideration for the agency’s best interests.
We’ll be working closely with program directors and regional service directors, with input from managers and you. So if you’re familiar with a policy that needs review or clarification, speak to your manager.
All policies and procedures are posted on Knowledge Base. Please take a moment to review the policies and procedures as they relate to your work. If you have feedback, please send your comments to Lyn Policha. We’ll keep you up to date on this project as it unfolds.
