Satisfaction Survey Results
You told us many things when you completed the 2017 Satisfaction Survey, and we heard you loud and clear. A number of topics raised—like issues with the K-Base, training, time spent on administration, and recognition—are reflected in our strategic plan, which will be rolled out very soon.
You’ll also be seeing and hearing more from CEO Caroline, CCS Cassie, and COD Ian, over the next several months as they visit programs and offices across the country to examine our systems, the tools we use, and to hear your views and opinions.
The focus going forward is on strengthening and supporting operations, beginning at the program level. Strength in People—that’s what it’s all about.
