Strategic Plan Approved
It’s a time of change here at WJS and we know there’s a lot of information to process. We’ve produced some communications materials that we hope you’ll find useful. These tools have been sent out by email already, but we thought we’d post them in the newsletter too, in case you missed them.
First: a one-pager “cheat sheet” about our new Strategic Plan – this plan has now been approved by the Board. We hope you’ll take the time to read and become familiar with our 10 year vision as well as the steps we’re taking to get there in the years ahead.
Org Chart
Second: The Org Chart. The new national management structure is a key part of the strategic plan and we’ve created an organizational chart for easy reference. This chart can be shared externally too and has recently gone out via email to many of our stakeholders.
